Muhammad Furkan ÜSTÜN
In Silico Design Scientific Content Producer, Master's Student
I am Muhammed Furkan Üstün, a graduate of Van Yuzuncu Yil University, Department of Animal Science. In my undergraduate thesis, titled “Bioinformatic Comparison of Some Web-Based PCR Primer Design Programs”, I examined the algorithms of different primer design programs and evaluated the dynamics, advantages and limitations of these tools. Thanks to this study, I had the opportunity to gain an in-depth perspective on bioinformatics-based genomic sequence analysis. During my undergraduate studies, I had the chance to reinforce my theoretical knowledge with practical experience by doing an internship at the “International Livestock Research and Education Center Directorate” Institute in Ankara. I am currently continuing my master's degree at Van Yuzuncu Yil University. I have a great interest in areas such as molecular genetics, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence-supported bioinformatic analyses and molecular modeling, and I constantly try to learn new information and gain practical skills in order to improve myself in these areas.

İlayda BOYRAZ
In Silico Design Scientific Content Producer, Undergraduate Degree
I'm İlayda Boyraz, a graduate of Istanbul University's Department of Physics. I currently work on pre-clinical research in the research and development unit of a private company. I have a strong interest in drug design, molecular modeling, and biophysics. I'm constantly developing myself through projects in these areas, focusing particularly on protein-ligand interactions. I continue to nurture my scientific curiosity and learn through an interdisciplinary approach.

Yağmur CAVAS
In Silico Design Scientific Content Producer, Undergraduate Student
I am Yağmur Çavaş, a senior student in the Department of Bioengineering at Ege University. My academic studies have primarily focused on the enzyme inhibition potentials of natural compounds and molecular dynamics simulations. During my internship at the Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center, I had the opportunity to work with structural bioinformatics tools such as AlphaFold. In addition to computational biology and molecular modeling techniques, I am also working to improve myself in the field of machine learning, aiming to apply these approaches to the analysis of biotechnological data. I am currently continuing my research at ÇınaroğluLab.

Ceyda GÜVEN
In Silico Design Scientific Content Producer, Undergraduate Student
I'm Ceyda Güven. I'm a graduate of the Bioengineering Department at Ege University. During my undergraduate studies, I discovered my interest in bioinformatics tools through various research and applications. During this time, I developed small-scale applications for biological data analysis using Python. I also gained basic experience in variant analysis using Bash command-line tools. I'm currently pursuing a master's degree within the BMGlab in the Bioengineering Department at Ege University. I'm interested in fields such as bioinformatics, molecular biology, and artificial intelligence, and I continue to learn bioinformatics approaches in my research.

Ahmet GÜVELİ
In Silico Design Scientific Content Producer, PhD. Student
I'm Ahmet Güveli. I received my Bachelor's degree from Karadeniz Technical University's Faculty of Pharmacy. I'm currently pursuing my Master's degree in Molecular Biology-Genetics and Biotechnology at Istanbul Technical University. I also work as a research assistant in the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University. My graduate studies focus on the analysis of proteins using molecular dynamics simulations. I'm developing my skills in computational chemistry and biology, particularly in molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations.
